W.O.R.D. - Inspiration Radio on the Net was established October 1st, 2005 by Streams of Victory Church, located in Toronto, ON Canada. Our affiliation is with Victory Churches International - V.C.I. (victoryint.org) whose ministry has grown to plant and establish over 2000 church-planting churches in now 39 nations of the world during its 27 years of ministry.
V.C.I.'s basic vision includes reaching and teaching the peoples of the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and mobilizing them into the fulfillment of God's glorious plan for their lives.
God has instructed V.C.I. to raise leaders up to take back the political, educational and media realms for the glory of His Name and through them - release His message of freedom, life and joy!
W.O.R.D. - Inspiration Radio on the Net! - has been established with this purpose, pulse and pursuit in mind: To come along side and join the ranks of the Lord's Redeemed and actively proclaim the 'Good News of Jesus Christ' to the nations of the earth. We are humbled to take up the charge He has given to us to spread His WORD around the world.
Through the marvelous vehicle of the internet: W.O.R.D. now literally stands at the door of every nation, city and hamlet with the living hope and light the world needs. As people begin to log on to our site - the seed of God's WORD will be planted in that nation, city or hamlet and especially in that person's heart.
